it's easy to do, if your willing to re-drill I can tell you what parts you need. where are you located?

If you need measurements on the calipers I have a U13 with OEM brakes which did clear their 15" stock steel rims with plenty of room. Just eyeballing the comparison they look more square than the AD22's and bulkier. As for better given all things equal they can be pretty good; my U13 servers backup for AutoX with Hawk HPS pads, Brembo rotors and works very well.

I have the Maxima calipers on the rear of my B13, those work really well with just cheap pads and basic rotors. I run the Traklites F/R in 15x7" which has plenty of clearance.
Up front I have the Wilwood 4-pots with 11"+ Corrado rotors and Hawk pads, yet actually have a little rear bias.

Also assume on planning for an MC upgrade unless you already have the B15 side Nabco or similar.

Altima calipers are the same bolt up as Maxima and 300zx calipers, if your going to upgrade to Altima calipers why dont you upgrade to 300zx calipers? 4 piston ftw!

Plus not sure but you'd want to check the size of the MC to push all that fluid for Z32 Fronts. I get away with the B15/U13 MC with the WW's.

They don't clear mounted in all positions, but they're fine with 11" Corrado rotors and 15x7 Traklites.

The basic rotors with Altima/Maxima brakes on the rear with SS lines from Greg V work awesome, I can trail-brake in autox easily because there's a little bit of rear bias even with cheap pads.

I'd still watch up front, there's not a hell of a lot of clearance in my 16" wheels and the 15's are tight (steel OEM U13 wheels I use in Winter with snows) - also with a 11.0" rotor.
