Scratch X is the same concept, as Hand Glaze. It's intention is to remove swirling, moreso than anything else. Obvious scratches aren't coming out permanently. For the price, I'd rather use 3M Hand Glaze, as it's not a "wax", that has the possibility of staining the clearcoat. It's actually labeled as a UV protectant/ swirl remover. All Auto Body shops use Hand Glaze when they're finished shooting a car with clear. They'll sand down a hand coat or two of clear, re-apply, buff, and then apply hand glaze for that beautiful luster.
