I went ahead and did this myself. Definitely not a fun job. I've learned my lesson. Anytime I install a motor into these b13s I will reseal or replace the water pump before I put the motor into the car. You definitely need the ability to move the engine up and down. I ended up removing the axle, crank pulley, power steering pump, and motor mount bracket to get enough space to work.
I was replacing the passenger axle and front crank oil seal so that is why the crank pulley and axle were out of the way. My power steering pump is gutted so its not a big deal to unbolt it. A few of the things I ended up doing would not be practical for other guys.
