I found out why it was vibrating, the pipe is stock on the car, where the exhaust bends around the gas tank.

I tried to hit out the flex pipe so that it would stretch back out, but no dice

Sits a bit low huh? Can't se the back of the exhaust really. Where is it leaking? You could just have that welded cheaply.

The flexpipe compressed together and doesn't want to move at all. What this did is move the whole exhaust forward about 2"

This mad the B pipe get stuck on the car, thus vibrating like crazy hehe.

I'll see If I can pull the down pipe off and beat it out. But I believe it got torn inside

Well with the execessive vibrating it's impossible to hear where it is leaking, I am just hearing a pretty loud PSSSS sound.

The fag pad helps protect the block from hitting the crossmember with stock mounts. I've personally never seen a block hit the crossmember, regardless. I removed mine to permit clearance of the BB DET motor/oil pans. With Poly mounts, you're more than safe.

(For the record, the "pad" is actually like a mild steel, not rubber like I had first thought.) I don't know how it would help protect anything at all. Just yank it out.

And I do have a 2 piece 2.25" MR header, that I don't know what to do with It's been sitting in my garage since I went turbo the first time.
