No new ES bushings, is there anyway to check that before actually doing it? I've rotated front to back and it doesn't do anything, also I'm not a big guy so its something with the car.

it seems as though everything you could have personally done is done and the alignment shop should have and i'm assuming would have taken care of setting it up straight, so the only things i can think of would be (what is already said regarding) the chassis not being straight

or

bad diff? cant a bad diff be sending more power to one wheel than another and causing it to pull to one side? just some food for thought.

maybe the tierod (inner) is slowly coming unscrewed out of the rack?

If its not that bad after you get an alignment and it slowly gets worse then somethings coming lose or something. Id check and double check everything.

you can try with a pry bar, but your car weighs 2500ish lbs so trying to turn and using a pry bar are worlds apart. They are pretty inexpensive and would not hurt to do them anyway. an inner tie rod would not come out unless the nut for the outer was loose. I also agree with 91det, rotate your tires front to back and see if that makes any difference. Also if your tire is out of balance that can throw it off a little too.
