Thread: P11 Transmission Issues

Hey guys my wife's 2000 G20 auto transmission is jerking for some reason. Like when I'm putting it into reverse from Park, it has a little hard time going into it.

Then when driving it up shifts not too badly, but when I am slowing down to stop, it jerks right before it goes back into first gear.

Any ideas on what it could be?

by chance did you follow the mantience of the tranny?

What would that be?

We just bought the car couple months back, and it was sitting in my garage haha.

I checked the transmission oil before leaving, it was crystal clear and full.

Now the car has 44k miles on it, and I doubt the tranny oil ever got switched.

at 30,000 the fluid should just be drained and refilled from the pan, but with the jerk i would go get it flushed completely

What would a flush consist off?
