I'm trying to identify some plugs on my car. i have an autotech motoring engine harness

the plugs are in the interior from ecu to main harness (3 plugs)
and 2 plugs in the engine bay..one looks like for starter and a fat plug

so far i am unable to post pictures
any info is greatly appreciated

my car is a 96 b14 200sx

the reason im asking is that i recently purchased a partypak smartwire and i am in the process of installation

Yah, pictures are going to help a bunch. You post them the same way they've been posted for 24 years on web forums.

Host the images somewhere like www.imgur.com and then embed them here with IMG tags.

do the tags need some {IMG} (IMG) OR [img] on both end?

Yes, they need IMG with square bracket son each side.

You're right, that does look like the starter solenoid plug on the right. The left one is not ringing any bells. Let me look through my old harness pics.

Edit: Yah, I don't see either of those on my engine harness. The starter solenoid isn't on the engine harness either...

It looks like Autotech-specific stuff. Looks like you found their thread with pictures. I hope that bears more fruit.

i havent heard back from them yet. I thought id give it a shot here. Eric is a very busy guy. im thinking the ones in the car, the yellow single wire in plug is power i know that for sure. i goes all the way back to the ignition switch. i know the rest include for the obd2 port and more. the smart wire harness needs ignition and starter.
