The CAI's are low port and are $50.00 plus shipping, which for me was $55.01.

Thats $105.2 total, much better then $300

Yes but the VE is better suited with an intake that is 3" in diameter.

I bought two and then, when I went to check out...they discounted one of the shipping charges so I bought two CAI's for a grand total of $131.28. I'd say you can't really go wrong on a $65 CAI!

quite a good deal. Anyone know the diameter of the AEM pipe? based on benito's input I'm guessing smaller than 3" how much smaller?

Reds are already gone. not that many blue and silver left either. Could this be the end of new AEM CAI's for the sr20?!?

The pipe nearest the air cleaner is 2.63" and the one nearest the TB is 2.5"

This intake is generally considered to be the best one for an SR20DE until the cams are upgraded, then the 3" pipes are recommended. The AEM intake also makes a real nice install -- fits well and has nice mounting points.
