Yep one thing after the other. I just pulled the front passenger wheel and axle off in the dark and the inner ring fell right off.

Nah haha. I think that it's the original bearing at 200k- all that moving the axle and hub around probably did it

You may consider replacing the hub also

Yep. Autozone has a bunch of different bearings- not sure where to find an actual hub tho? Nissan?

I went with these, same brand as oem FRONT WHEEL HUB & NSK BEARING FOR NISSAN 200SX SENTRA PAIR FAST SHIPPING | eBay

Like brakes, you should do both sides at the same time
