Thread: throttle linkage name/part number?

I need a new throttle linkage (is that the correct name for this thing?) Mine keeps popping off at random, usually when I'm on the highway, which is a super fun to have no gas pedal! It doesn't happen all that often, but I'd like to get a new one that wont pop off if I could, and there haven't been any highport SR20's at the salvage yard lately. It seems the lowports got rid of this stupid thing. See the linked pic for what I'm talking about. (I hope this link works, never tried to link a photo on here before, let me know if it doesn't!)

I bent the existing one a little bit which added some tension, so hopefully it'll stay put for a little while. So weird that I haven't seen anyone else with this problem before.

How did you bend it?

on the notch in the middle of the metal connecting part, kinda sideways so it was enough to be a bit more snug, but not to pull up too much to increase my idle.
