Thread: Anyone want to Assist a newbie?

Hi im the owner of a GT Xtrail that came with the original SR20VET... I have known all the sr timing chains to have the look of a bicycle roller chain . Removed my valve cover to give it a clean only to see a '' I think nissan call it a silent type chain'' correct me if im wrong . If anyone can assist me with part numbers would be great cause im totally lost now..

I'm sure Nissan has a European parts division website. In the states I use nissan4parts.com but I'm not sure you could figure it out from there.

What do you want part numbers for? The chain itself? Gimme a vin for your Xtrail and I can run through Japanese FAST.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Leave your chain alone and forget about it.
