Chamfer oil holes in crankshaft?
Does anyone chamfer the oiling holes on their sr20 factory cranks? I see mazworx doing it on their cranks and lots of other doing that too... Just unsure if I should or if anyone with a high power motor has had this done.

It's for an sr20vet rwd build, power wise 500-600hp. Yes, the sr20vet oil pump will be used so i'm expecting higher oil pressures than regular sr20's.

Mazworx:

Drag v8's:

If YES, did u apply it on the mains or the big ends as well?

It's a nice touch. It should help. I've never actually done it myself though, so I can't help much. =/

Well i was hoping some response from the big power VE guys, but alright. If no one is doing it on their VE builds and they seem to do fine, I don't see much of a reason to do it on mine.
I'll keep it stock and send it out as is to the machinist

I think most if not all of the big boy VE Builds left here or the engine has left our realm of existence.
