Shifter Stabilizer Bent

While pulling out the motor I left the shifter stabilizer connected to the motor (doh!) and it bent it quite badly. I really don't think ill be able to get it back to spec without knowing what it looks like unaltered. Anyone have a pic of a shifter stabilizer rod?

i will try to get a pic for you when i get home in the morning. i still have one on my parts car if you just want to replace it as well.

Man, I feel you. I did the same thing once when I droped the tranny during my last clutch problem. I could bearly get her in 5th because the bar was slaming into the front sway bar.

I just took a vise to her and kept bending her and test fitting till it all lined up good again.

Yes they are, I used the b13 shifter rods when I did the auto>5 speed swap on my b14.
