Exhaust manufacturing...
Hi, I'n the saga of my car i've been through hell with the exhaust. Getting tickets, having a seizure from using a flow core wire welder to fix it, buying expensive mufflers to find out they're straight through loud garbage

I kind of want to put a dual exhaust on my 97 sentra but that might be a long ways off.

I put JWT S3R cams on the car and I think that's as much performance as that car ever needs so I won't need to plan a turbo exhaust. Shoot maybe it's getting choked right now by my vice bent exhaust pipes.

Does somebody know the angles of the pipe after the flex pipe, if they're 30 or 45?

I recently bought a pipe stretcher tool from matco and though about using pipe bends I get locally and just make my own connections and weld them. I know it's not "just" that easy but definitely possible

It started as a cheap 2.5" header/downpipe kit and stainless 2.5" catback from ebay for really cheap.

I ordered JGY's 2.5 test pipe but they sent me a 3" and it blew the gasket frequently

One day it made me so mad I just cut out all the whole thing and tried to make my own from the flex pipe back because it was all good

I had to bend a pipe and did it on a bend vice and probably kinked it alot like 2.5" to 1.5" but I did make my own quiet "2.5"" baffled muffler exhaust that's been holding to this day

I tried to weld a u-bolt to this "aluminized" muffler and it burned through so easiely but it's patched but dripping probably a baseball size amount of broze rod inside the muffler to hold the muffler secure anyway. I don't know what kind of flow it has but the car zips
