It was nice to work on an SR20 again, especially because I had no responsibility, just there to lend a hand.

And that 2nd gear pull? That shit never gets old.

Edit: Not as old as me, anyway. Had to take a nappy-nap when I got home.

I see your point, but the way I drive it, I think it would have been fine for a long time. but of course, you get to the point of delaying the inevitable, so yes point taken.

WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL....

this is by FAR the the most GHETTO thing I have ever done to any SR20. Since I have to wait until next week for the ES shifter bushing to arrive, I got a little creative to keep the shifter assembly from clanging down on the exhaust below.

Yes I know this is pathetic. But only for a few days:

BTW^ it actually works! I just drove about 20 minutes and it's totally fine.

Hahah, 3 zipties. It actually was a pain in the arse to do,like 15 min. had to use long needle nose pliers to grasp the other ends
