Nah, do this instead.

1.Set key to ON position (dash lights on)
2.Remove distributor (two bolts)
3.Spin the distributor by hand
4.Listen if the injectors tick

Take the feed line off and put power to the fuel pump make sure fuel is getting up to the rail. Maybe your fuel filter is clogged up or your pump is on its way out.

Yeah, I'm gonna go out on a limb here, your car wont stay on since your idle system is compromised. Keep the pedal depressed slightly to keep it alive while warming up.

Has good fuel pressure, and fuel, spark, air, compression is 135 on all cylinders.. Starts for a second after I let it sit for awhile. Tried depressing the throttle a tiny bit but that didn't do anything...

is your cam timing correct? 135 seems low.

Timing is correct. Had the first piston set to tdc and adjusted the cams to that spec

If the car sat very long the compression will be low. I have had engines come in with 30-80psi at first. Timing chain needs to be verified in 3 points. Crank/Intake cam/Exhaust cam. Most chains have a yellow link for the crank and two dark links for the cam gears. The dark links are really hard to see if the engine is nasty inside. About the fuel injectors, I would pull the rail off the intake and watch them spray as someone cranked it. Could have stuck injectors, bad orings, ect... Would be a good thing to eliminate.
