I'm going to add some additional info here, if you end up needing a right angle PCV valve, there is probably a good chance you will need one of these to make the connection back to the intake manifold cleanly:

Google search for "3/8 U bend barb" will bring up these links and more:

https://www.kegworks.com/u-bend-for-draft-beer-lines

Soda-Dispensers: SS 3/8" Barb U-bend
(I make no recommendation for any of these companies, just throwing them out as examples of this part.

There is a local company here that does homebrew (beer) kits and supplies, they had a number of other barb fittings but no U bend, I'm trying to get this special ordered in from them to save some shipping charges.

My application is a Roller Rocker head/block, but with a low port intake manifold. The connection from the manifold that the PCV valve would run to is pointing away from the PCV valve (actually in the direction this valve would have been on the low port head), so I either have to make a big loop of hose, a tighter loop and risk it kinking and blocking airflow, or somehow make a nice 180 degree change. This U Bend will do the trick.

There are apparently two version of this piece commonly available, one advertised with a small radius, the other unspecified. Several companies carry both, go with the smaller radius if possible for a cleaner setup.

There is a certain perverse pleasure about using a part meant for beer brewing on my engine. I don't drink beer, but I find it hilarious.
