Yes it fits. You must take out the styrofoam inside the original bumper, then you must take out the bumper support, cut loose the nuts the hold the long screws and reweld them around 1" to the front. This way, the support can go further inside. Also, you need to cut plastic pieces that go all along the inner part of the jdm bumperskin.
