Thread: No transmission car start.

Ok just bolted up the starter and cranked the car and fired right up. Now I was watching my flywheel and there is a tiny bit of wobble like the back of the flywheel surface is uneven. Its just tiny and I pulled the throttle cable up and rev it up some and it looked like the wobble went away. I assume its not safe to use still though.

get the flywheel resurfaced or get anther one

When you take off the flywheel, check the mounting surfaces on the crank and on the flywheel for dirt, burrs, anything that might have kept it from bolting up properly.
