Thread: Sr20 bluebird over heating problem.

Hey guys can't seem to figure out my over heating problem on my car.,It's a builted bluebird on an Aem. Started having this problem for a while and I ended up swapping and changing out everything that could possibly be the problem. Last weekend I ended up changing head&block and swapping all the internals. Finally got a chance to start the car up today and guess what? It's still over heating. I am at a point of just giving this shit up and moving on. Do any of you here have an idea what could possibly causing this??

radiator blocked... fan motor reversed.... thermostat stick.... fan switch defective...

Is it overheating according to the gauge or the actual ECU temp sensor reading? When does it overheat? At idle? While driving? During/after a pull under boost? Cooling system bled and burped properly?
