Walbro 255 replaced with Aeromotive 320lph stealth pump.. SAME PROBLEM.. So wasnt fuel pump.. Can a MAF throw no codes but still be problematic? Is there any datalogging I can provide to help? Shit again all I did was replace my MAF.
This one appears to be good but still issues with being lean. I almost wish I didnt have a billet maf box so I could swap mafs at will. Anyone have any ideas? About to build a new intercooler pipe to accept a standard N62 and buy another MAF.. I just wanna enjoy my car lol.

Do you have Nismotronic?? If your going to all that trouble again might as well convert to map.

In your video the scan is showing your throttle position sensor is only reading .28V at idle. FSM states this should be between .45V and .55V. I'm not sure if this will be the solution but cannot hurt to set it correctly.

Thanks Nitelife and good catch! I will look into adjusting that in the AM

Check for vacuum leaks ? unmetered air beyond air flow meter, possible restriction before TB ?
MAF volt output seems correct, would check ground on MAF / reground MAF.
O2 feedback correct ? the car seems to be running rich @ idle, swap ECT sensor, ((((please understand that if the car is running super rich, the O2 or wideband will read lean, the job of a o2 sensor reads oxygen content of burnt fuel, if its unburnt there is very little oxygen, the sensor will read lean.)))
check your timing @ idle on DS reading 3* @ idle, upon rev it does advance make sure base timing is set at 10-15*
Batt Voltage seems a bit low <13v ? could change injector latency
Is the ecu you are running a stock/preprogrammed unit/piggyback ?

Ill try to answer each of your questions :

1- Vacuum seems to be fine pulling 18-20hg at idle on vacuum / boost gauge
2 - Ill triple check MAF ground
3 - ECT Sensor ? ( which sensor is this ? )
4 - Timing hasnt been changed since it was running perfect ( can re-check )
5 - Replaced bad battery ( optimas dont like sitting for the winter ) Voltages is 14.1 or so now when running
6 - ECU is a JK Tuning Rom that ran fine in the past ( can swap for JWT if needed ) Just have to have it reprogrammed.

Hope that helps answer your questions, Man I miss driving this car, I may send the JWT ecu out to get reprogrammed and try with that ECU.

Thanks for the reply!

ECT most likely he's referencing Engine Coolant Temperature.

Did you take care of the TPS? Any change?

Finally getting back to this, Havent enjoyed the car in almost 2 years now WOW... I put two brand new OEM temp sensors in when doing the swap ( less than 10k miles on them ) TPS set correct, new Aeromotive Fuel Pump Installed.

Next to do :

Acquiring another N62 Maf
Remove Cat ( its shot, Been making noise )
Wire in relay for direct power to fuel pump

Miss this car ( 2 Kids + New House = No Time ) I just know its going to be something dumb.

do you have a Nismotronic ECU? Why not convert to MAP? It'll be cost effective since those MAFs are getting older/harder to find

I do not, I have two ECU's currently im using a Basic board from JK Tuning and I also possess a JWT ECU I was debating running.
