Yes, we first though that due to the massive oil leak from the front crank seal that it caused the pulley to shift and separate a tiny amount.

And then we looked at a dry low mileage pulley, which was exactly the same

I will update this thread on how we proceed later this week for archiving purposes. If ever anyone find themselves in the same situ.

Soo, afer replacing the crank pulley, everything lines up. No idea why, but it's all solved now
