I think not.
They are using the name for marketing,I guess,because we all know Hotshot has been gone for many years

Part Brand states XS, second pic shows XS data plate, not sure why they thought they would get away with throwing "Hotshot" in the title.

cause it's a hotshot clone and hotshot is out of business so it would be harder to sue. this has been up for well over 6 months.
