Thread: Wish me luck

I've just located an sel that's in pretty decent shape at the local salvage yard and the owner of one of the dealerships I work with is real good friends with the owner of said yard, I know they don't usually sell whole cars but I've got my fingers crossed on this one, that means the old xe would get the full sel work over and I would obviously part out the rest to you guys, any advice on working the system to get the whole/majority of the car?

Hmmmm. Makes me wonder why it was in a junk yard to begin with. Check it over THOUROUGHLY. But if it checks out OK, then congrats I guess.

Any idea on mileage? Is it complete with wiring harness and everything, or has it been picked through?

I wish I could find a complete SE-L in a local yard. I'd pull half the car for spares lol.

I pulled my first NX out of the junkyard in 07 with a clean title. Everything was there except for the cargo lid and wheels. Hell the thing started up after a basic tune up. Best of luck to you!

Ima so sad, I sent my employee to the yard and the car has already been molested, wheels gone, tail lights and reflector gone, at least I may get the rear beam and e brake stuff
