I didn't think you'd honestly take that one seriously!
But yes, Old guy is right. The least you can do is the best option. I got rust on the cylinder walls of one of my engines and was able to get rid of it with a simple wipe with a rag and a de-glazer. Remember: KISS-Keep It Simple, Stupid! Try the most obvious and least-invasive option first, and move from there.
