If you're under 450 WHP gasoline I would just toss a genuine Walbro 255 lb./hr. High Pressure pump in there and call it a day.

Goona pull the trigger on the AEM e85 version even though I dont have e85 near me anywhere. I do have 10% ethanol everywhere though...I have seen/heard that some peeps are having the inner filters deteriorate fast with the non e85 unit, due to the (although little amount of) ethanol in the fuel.
I figure its better to be safe then sorry for an extra couple bucks more.
I do plan to rewire it as a precaution too.
If it works as well as it seems ,maybe I will replace the Walbro in my boosted car with one too.

Thanks to everyone for the replies and input.\,I really appreciate it...please kepp them coming

Screw E85. I also have an old car and I don't want to do carb rebuilds on the SUs every two years. I found that Shell Gold has zero ethanol.

However, I have been following this thread - I need to upgrade my fuel pump in the boosted NX too.
