Thread: I got my b13 weighed today

So I been meanin to get my 4dr b13s wieght so I finally or it done it's something that has stoppe me from stripping the car till so now it's game on lol not a bad stand point but I must say the trunk didn't have the spare an this is with out me in the car

That's about right, 2288 is the listed factory curb weight for the b13 4dr.
You've got bigger rims/tires too since they came with 13" but steel vs aluminum might equal out.

I wonder how accurate that scale is....seems like it is rounded up or down...can it really be exactly 2300lbs?
I took a VE nx to a major FL truckstop once and had it weighed.it was definately an exact number to the single digits.It was like 2613 lbs.with me in it and a full tank of gas(I weigh 130),and gas weighs 8 lbs a gallon(approx 80lbs)
I asked the guy how accurate the scales are,and he said they are VERY accurate because the truckers depend on it so they can load up to the max cap faster.
Apparently they are calibrated/certified quite often according to him.

This scale is on increments of 20 and that's with me out the car with 1/4 tank of gas but I'm heavy as duck I have to go to the gym I weighed myself last week and I'm at 260 right now lol

So that must mean the nx is heavier than the sentras

no doubt about it.The hardtop nx may be closer,to a B13 but ttops and sunroofs also add weight so comparing them accordingly helps....the nx hatch weighs a ton,I would bet most of the extra fat is back there
