Hard to tell but I bet the nut you can see is a locking nut and that the others are there.

This guys was on the forum awhile ago asking questions. The pass engine mount bracket was 2 peices of angle iron welded in place. Lol. If I remember correctly they purched it from someone made it run right and are now asking llike 3000 more than they paid for it. I tryed to get him to sell me the front and rear bumper. Also has led spoiler. Other than some off the cosmetics it's a bucket. Dave
