Thread: Nissan Datascan - logged value out of range - hardware error.

I have recorded Ecu values, passed as a serial signal on the Obd bus, but the readings I have gotten are occasionally, a lot higher then what the Ecu would be able to send in good working order.



I am sure that the Usb dongle between my laptop and the Obd connector on my car is working the way it should, since I am able to make proper recording with another car.

The driving behaviour of the car does not seem to be affected, does anyone had this before or do you know what might have caused the spike?
