Thread: down, but not out :(

well finally got the motor out and torn down. i thought it would be a headgasket issue after the overheating, but it wasnt, its still good. i did find out why #2 cylinder had low compression, part of the piston between the rings was broke, 2 pieces fellout when we took it out. cylinder walls look good, so im gonna rebuild it and put a bunch of new parts when put back together. on another note, im gonna have to get another turbo. seems like something fell in the intake and chewed up the compressor wheel. im not sure if it was like that or something dropped when i was messin with stuff before in the engine. eventually it will be back up and running. here are a few pics:
