Going for some full drag slick tires what's a good size to run currently na but will probly be turbo this season coming up

The smaller the rim the more sidewall you have on the tire. 13" wheels are most popular in FWD drag racing.

would a 24.5x8 fit under a b13 without coilovers or spacers or anything?

I've ran that size without coilovers or spacers before. Too much variations in lowering springs and such to give you a 100 % yes or no answer.
