bad coolant temp sensor or the wrong one.Like if you did a jdm engine swap, you need to swap your CTS in...I just had this problem.Installed a new Nissan one and fixed.

Nah mate, it's easy. They are on the left side of the engine, under the manifold.

Bad ECU can cause the fans to come directly. You sure the temp sensor is good? Got the car started now? Maybe you have an ECU issue?

What ECU are you running?

mine does the same thing, temp gague reads properly, the fans kickin on right away makes warm up take forever, runs fine otherwise, Im just gonna put an inhibitor relay in with a red led when its engaged.

bad ground,or bad ecu as stated.
Did you use a brand new ,or known good sensor?
Teflon tape on the threads can cause a bad ground ,from what I have read .Dont know if its true or not....However ,I never use it and havent had any leaks or issues.
