Thread: sr20de cranks but wont start

Ok guys I'm lost right now and have no idea whats left to try and get this damn motor to start. I'm getting fuel from ijectors I'm getting spark. The distributor turns counter clockwise is that right? The only thing i don't know is oil pressure does it have to be a certain psi to start? I'm so lost right now:???:

I got her fired up now

what was the cause?

firing order i had it 1234 like it came from soken motors and so i swapped it and it fired first try

that would do it, good thing it was such an easy fix.

still having problems I thought It was fixed but it was only 2 cylinders that fired up

So are you sure the firing Oder is correct?

Yea 1342 has 150psi in all 4 cylinders spark in all 4 cylinders and all 4 injectors are working. I have #1 cylinder TDC and the distributor rotor is at #1 plug and still won't work so I have no idea what it could be

Ok that's good you did. Compression test but I'm thinking you left other plugs in when you tested the engine for compression cause that seems kinda low

Around 180-210 psi is good standing 150 seems kinda low and also make sure the wires are in correct order of the distrib
