I would just get a new/used engine harness, way better than fighting that mess, you could fix one thing and ruin another. what year is said vehicle?

do those G20's still run an ignitor? this could be an issue, I have seen them cause all sorts of different ignition issues.

It would seem i mighta found the problem. Pulled off the intake Friday and low and behold they didn't cut every connector. Just most of them. The CTS, KS, IACV and all 4 injectors were snipped, soldered and electrical taped. I was able to redo the CTS, KS and IACV. But they cut the wires so close to the connector on the injectors that there was no room to snip them and redo. At least i don't have to pull the intake offf to get to them in the future. I'll need to get 4 pigtails for the injectors with enough wire in the future.

Anyway it seems better. We havn't had much rain latelly but when i've driven the car after a shower or 2 the buck/hesitation seems to have gone away. I really need a solid day of rain to be positive. What a PITA. Though if it gets rid of the problem it was worth the hastle.
