i wonder if the conformal coating on the ecu has bubbled and is trapping moisture inside. that could cause some issues you are seeing. rain/wet weather i can see other components causing the issue, but high humidity? very odd. crack open the ecu and see if any conformal is bubbling up, or if you can spot any corrosion. if it is then clear nail polish can fix it real quick. i have used it on pc motherboards with no ill effects as when dry its neither conductive nor capacitive. just wipe down the suspect area with acetone and re-apply the nail polish... or if you have access an acrylic conformal coating is what appears to be the oem.

The humidity (once in a while) keeps my window relay from working so until the car warms up and dries the relay out, the windows work randomly.

I had a very similar situation with my old Sentra. When it rained the windows would roll up. Cool feature huh? But the doors would lock too. Went to a restaurant once and left my keys in the car unintentionally, it started to rain and when I came out my doors were locked.

Both my previous P10's would lock the doors at random. My wife (a realtor at the time) stopped to plant a "For Sale" sign in a lawn, went to get back in a realized it was locked, keys in, engine running, AC on full blast. She walked about a mile in 90+ degree weather, got a ride from a couple construction workers to her friends house, then had to break into her friends house and attempted to call me. Problem was we had dial-up at the time, and guess what I was doing? :o

I have had a problem like this for a while that is related to the connection at the coolant temp sensor near the oil filter. It first started when I pressure cleaned my engine bay and took forever to figure out. I made it much better by cleaning the connectors and adding dielectric grease. I also pinched the connectors closed so they make better contact. The best fix is to solder directly onto the sensor and add your own connector a few inches down the wire.

I am referring to the sensor for the ECU, it will pull timing and add fuel resulting in strange performance or not starting and really poor gas mileage. It is the larger of the two connectors with the annoying metal wire clip that holds it on. The smaller one is for the stock temp gage.

Wet/humid weather causing issues
What I would do since your saying when it rains or moisture being in the equation causes the issue usually relates to the ignition system spark being delivered properly. Water acts Asa conductor that being said if something get wet the spark will be distracted if an insulation is broken I would runn the car on a dry day and take a spray bottle and isolate the problem!!💪😎👍🚗💨

This is what i'm talking about. Decided to take apart the MAF electrical tape nightmare and this is what i found. Of the 9 connections 6 were "extender" wires. So 3 of the wires had 2 splices each. Of the 9 connections 3 weren't even soldered. They had 1 of the center ground wires ( Z32 MAF ) going through the wiring harness and the other grounded to the battery. Instead of tieing the 2 grounds together and then wiring them to the harness and the reground. I cleaned it up, soldered everything properly and shrink wrapped all. It is supposed to rain the next 2 days so i'll get to see if it did anything. If not then i'll move to the ECU harness. As i said before they cut out the ECU harness and spliced in a new one. They seemed to have soldered the connections ( i've only pulled the electric tape on 3 wires ) but like the MAF wires nothing on the ECU harness was shrink wrapped. Just electric taped.

Distributor, cap, rotor and everything exept the alternater have been replaced on the motor over the years and nothing has solved the problem ( ECU replaced also ). Not because i was hoping they'd fix it, because the car was a rolling heap of dung when i got it and either they died or i got a good price on a replacement.
