correct oil and fuel pressure

Just looking for some info as to what are the correct oil and fuel pressures I should have for my b13 se-r. I am racing it and just got my guages working. Initial start up they were both right around 60psi just wondering if that is in the right range.

Fuel pressure should be 3 bar with the vac line disconnected from regulator.

Idle 11psi
3200rpm 46-57psi

I will be monitoring the fuel pressure while racing do you know what it should read with everything connected

~36 psi with the vac line
43psi vac line disconnected
