I tend to agree with negligently discharging a firearm in the arm being a bit too much. What goes up must come down and heaven forbid someone or something that was not intended to be hit was struck.

Firing at someone running away is a no-no. Cops can't even do that.
Are you sure that your insurance would go after Arjay? If his insurance says that he has no liability, then your insurance should treat it as being parked in a private lot like a store or gas station, etc.

His insurance won't cover because the cars were outside of his relatively small single bay shop. My insurance told me they would go after him because my car was at his shop. Either way he loses. The only way my insurance wold have paid is if I had lied when I first called in the claim regarding my car being at his shop for work.
