Get a RR

if you want to forge it out, rebuild it. If you want to go cheap, simply get a new engine. It's usually best to bore out by .5mm when rebuilding a block anyways. I was able to have my engine rebuilt, including new parts(studs/pistons/headgasket/bearings) for about $1k.
