Add a different distributor to that list. Had an extra laying around, swapped it in (it was slightly different, the new rotor I bought wouldn't fit) and the car fired up quicker than usual. No misfire for about 30 seconds or so, but as I was putting my tools away and letting it idle it came back. Not as bad as it has been the last few days though, but it's still there.
