Back from a Nissan break :)
Hey guys I have been a forum lurker for many years now, and started off on the original SR20DE forum. I purchased, and have been modding/enjoying a 2012 Volkswagen GTI that I absolutely love to drive. Lately though, I have been missing my 91 NX2000. Even though the GTI is more refined in every way possible, I LOVE the rawness of the NX. I purchased it about 5 years ago from an ex forum member in Arlington, Texas. The motor had 186,000 miles on it, and now has 206,000 miles. 20k miles in 5 years isn't too bad I plan to either piece together a basic turbo kit, and drive the NX around until the motor finally passes away, or possibly going the VE route. The first thing I want to do though, is replace the exhaust (which was already on the car) with something a little deeper and with a rumble if possible. I will be working on the egg over the next 6 months or so, and will update my progress with pics. Below are just a few pics of my cherished car

and my GTI

Had a GTI myself. FANTASTIC cars overall. I had some issues with mine, but minor. Insurance was the killer for me and why I no longer have it.

Nice looking NX man! Super clean. 20K over 5 years on a part time driver is ideal! Good luck and look forward to your updates.

Thanks for all of the replies I was able to install a godspeed radiator, a Walbro fuel pump, and a fuel pressure gage yesterday. I am working on a new suspension setup next.

That front piece is horrendous...you should remove it and send it to me so I can "dispose" of it.
