Thread: TPS Problem

Whenever mine went bad it ran good with the rpms up but once i idled it ran rough for a few seconds then it would die out. But it you do need one i have a few spares if you would like to but one.

Exactly what it's doing pan_duh. I'm suspecting a bad tps. I just plug in the old tps from the low port and started up the car it idle fine for a few seconds then the surging idle started again. I got out the car quickly and moved the lever on the sensor slowly and I can feel the idle some what trying to fix its self but still surging. Since the low port tps doesn't fit the high port I now need to find high port tps. I'm suspecting a bad tps, and maybe a bad o2. Pan_duh I'll pm you a little later.
