The distributor is keyed in a way that it does not allow for it to be installed backward, unlike a KA where it can be.


thats right, the teeth are like tapered, i forgot about that.

That messed me up on a 240sx with a KA. Dude had the dizzy rotated 180 out and flooded the motor with at least a gallon of fuel. I got the car for a steal and had it running in a few days. Inside the motor was spotless. ended up selling it back to him running, lol.

Forgot to update. The ve started couple weeks ago.
Bought a new harness and ecu from a 93 NX2000 and she started right up with the stock ecu. Well not right up but we got her going within half an hour. Now I'm just wondering if the ecu was the problem, I must have calibrated it wrong or something...
