I have driven/pwned the clutch in my turbo SE-R for almost 2 years (which I dd'ed for a few in DC traffic and such as well as used for several track days) and yes, I love the clutch, no doubt (if you didn't realize Alex, I bought the clutch 2 years ago as mentioned............), but downgrading to a DE with a lightweight flywheel with the FX500, the clutch just simply sucked to drive. Relearning wasn't a big deal, but I figured for a low torque application, the headache wasn't worth it. The pedal feel is not the issue, but the grabby nature of the 4 puck unsprung is simply not ideal. And with Storm breaking clutch cables, I have a feeling this clutch won't be doing him any favors. People have seem to negate the overall picture and just recommend what they "feel" is best, not what a little bit of thought would dictate.
But again, just my opinion. I am allowed to have it and no one has to care or listen
And as usual, people on this forum are never able to distinguish a little bit of advice with some thought behind it from trying to attack them (Storm, that's you). But zero fucks given
Think about it: A 500 HP non spring 4 puck clutch meant for holding 450+ FT lbs at the wheels for a turbo hi torque application for a 200 WHP/150+ lb torque VE.............Some of the logic is lost regardless of how good the clutch "feels"
