You're welcome.....

If you think it's the turbo that's simple, pop an IC pipe and take a peek for a mess

Has this car ever ran before installing the ecu an mafs? if your plugging in the mafs an the car shuts off something also to consider is that the wiring for the mafs could be wrong

Also just in general check for boost leaks thru the intercooler piping. Alot of bad things come from loose pipes.

I finally had time to mess with it, i had the MAF hooked up and it idled! i checked the turbo theres no shaft play or anything wrong with it when i had it off. After i hooked everything back up the turbo made a sucking noise when i accelerated (which it never did before). i also had the boost gauge hooked up and it was reading -7psi at idle. Smoke still coming from turbo after the car warmed up. any ideas of the smoke issue. almost forgot the car is rough at acceleration. any ideas?

Too much fuel maybe. What color is the smoke?

Just re-read your original post, still sounds like too much fuel. What's your engine management? Got a wideband hooked up? What are AFRs? My original start up on used injectors had similar issues as yours...turned out a torn o-ring on an injector. Have you tried to isolate a potential cylinder issue? Unplug one spark plug wire at a time and turn the key...the problem SHOULD worsen on each cylinder as you disconnect a wire. If the issue remains the same on a cylinder after you unplug a wire there's an issue in that cylinder. First make sure there is spark on that cylinder (easier than removing an inj). If spark is good, check compression (still easier than removing an inj). If compression is good, remove and inspect the injector.

Now I just re-read the whole thread, JWT ecu and you already sourced a bad inj. Hmm. What injectors are they? Is it a JWT ecu programmed for 330's with 330's installed?

I'd still check each cylinder as I described. I'd still like to know your AFRs too. And originally you said FP is set at 3psi...did you mean 3bar? Or is it in fact at 3psi.

i reverted back to the stock fuel setup.i was running 3 bar. the smoke is blue so im thinking oil is getting somewhere its not supposed to be.
