So at first I thought I was the MAF sensor but it wasn't I check the TPS and it read right I check the timing and it was off when I fixed the timing to 15° before.top dead center with the TPS disconnected it was good it when I re connected the TPS and the computer I guess fixes the timing either it advances it or retards it what could it be?

Yes, that is the ECU. But it is normal.
