That's what my friend and I are thinking.... it's too bad that on this engine it's part of the distributor and entire assembly must be replaced.

Thread Update... and to close: Car's fixed!! New distributor was the problem, had to wait 10 days to get a new one (which I opted for over used). Once installed, the car started up just like normal

wow I wonder if this has been my problem?? I have an extremely similar problem with my '95 that has been bugging me for weeks! I will go to my local junkyard and pull a distributor tomorrow! There is a p11 G20 there I will use that one. Thanks for updating!
