Does it only work on like one speed? I had this happen to me before in 2 of my B14s. It was always just the Windshield Wiper Amplifier relay thing. Controls the speeds of the wipers and stuff. Its located up to the right behind the glove box, held in by one screw. Kinda looks like the picture below, should say something like AMP ASSY WIPER on it.

Well I checked this wiper amplifier first, i actually just changed it. Wiper works on all speed and intermittent also works, only problem is that it parks in the up position.

Haveing a similar problem with my b13. Wiper continues to operate in the "off switch" position. Changed the wiper motor to no avail. This problem comes and goes randomly.

Similar problem here. LO and HIGH speed work for me. Intermittent does not work and wipers stop wherever they are as soon as you turn off the switch.

This i'm almost positive is a wiper amp related prob as speedricer mentioned above, I had the same prob before which led me to replace the wiper amp. After replacing it, all speed works but where it parks, now seem to be the problem. If you get that wiper amp replaced then u shouldn't have that problem anymore.

Bump! This happened to me yesterday, wipers are constantly ON, no way to shut them down.

I had to disconnect the motor in the bay to get them to stop.

What usually breaks here?

Or the switch in the column...

@Dala The wiper amplifier is incorporated into the wiper switch on the B13, and that would be the prime suspect. Replace switch and report back.
