Thread: OMG AUTOZONE has gallon(s) of oil for 99 cents!!!!!

So I walked into work today (Autozone) and bossman had every 5 quart jug we had in stock, purchased and sitting behind the counter! Not that I could doing anything with it considering I am on a scooter til january!

i guess i will check it out when i go to buy some connectors tomorrow. maybe it's in SC too.

You mean to tell me that the manager was hiding the oil for himself? I bet a lot of employees are cleaning up too. Proaally the reason they are denying there is even a sale.

I wish my AZone had royal purple that store you went to and all of autozones must not be caring royal purple anymore if their closing it out. That sux I was hoping one of these days we'd start to carry it...

some stores never had it to begin with, our store sells alot of it so we keep it
other stores don't so they have to make room for things that they do sell

just talked to my local autozone and they dont have the sale... i talked to the guy for a while and told him bout whats going on. he didnt have a clue about it

he did mention that they did have a sale on royal purple. they did not want to carry it anymore so ever quart was 99 cents and he said they went like hotcakes....

it's not a "sale"
alot of stores aren't carrying certain items because they don't sell in that district so they get rid of them cheap

they did a similar thing when they weren't gonna carry anco blades anymore they made them buy 1 get 1 free untill they were all gone

we do it all the time, i just bought a **** ton of spray paint for $.01 a can

not in greer or anderson south carolina. i did check for other super cheap closeout sales, but there were none either.
