Happens all the time to old pullies especially the ones that get oil soaked. Just get a new/used one or a gspec aluminum one.

Happened to me in my B14 while driving. Remedied by getting a 1 piece g-spec underdrive crank pulley. Search the forum, i made a thread about it last year.
