The TRW ones from advance worked like a charm in my b14. A BFH works great for getting them out, just make sure you take the snap ring off first!!! Also, for you bargin shoppers with performance in mind, if you notice your bushings are ****ed... This is a great time to swap in a set of ES control arm bushings, like 25 bucks!
